The Egg Products Division has grown over the last 50 years to the position where we are now the market leaders in the UK and have a wide range of products that can meet the needs of small and large food businesses alike.
Operating from a specialised processing factory based in North Yorkshire, we process up to four million eggs a day. The site has modern equipment suited to meet the specifications of blue chip customers, and is approved by BRC, Lion Quality, Freedom Food and the Soil Association.
We manufacture a range of products in a variety of pack types and sizes, in free-range, intensive and organic form which makes our range suitable for all applications in the food manufacturing and foodservice sectors. We are experts in scrambled, boiled and liquid egg.
Processing only British Lion Quality Eggs, customers can be assured of the highest standards of traceability from birds laying on farms with the finest welfare standards. An established base of Lion Quality egg producers, ensures the continuity and consistency of our supply.
We continue to invest in cutting edge technology to support our strategic focus on innovation. A perfect example of this has been the development of products which have enabled us to extend our happy egg co. brand into the food service sector.
Using a combination of our own transport and dedicated specialist multi-temperature distribution to minimise our carbon footprint, we can offer prompt nationwide distribution across a wide range of our products.
