We operate from three specialised processing factories based at Bilsthorpe, Chesterfield and Edinburgh. Each site has modern equipment suited to meet the specifications of blue chip customers.
Quality and food safety is critical, backed by stringent hygiene standards (inc HACCP) product testing procedures are in place, to ensure consistent product performance.
Finished product delivery takes many forms, from bulk tanker delivery for major food manufacturers, to small
containers and packs for foodservice customers and retailers.
As the egg product industry becomes more mature, products are becoming more sophisticated to include special blends tailored to manufacturers needs, extended shelf life (ESL) pasteurised egg for caterers and an ever-expanding range of value-added products such as omelettes and scrambled egg.
We also have the ability to produce approved RSPCA, Soil Association and Vegetarian Society products.
