Noble Academy

To re-enforce our commitment to the development of our colleagues, Noble Foods launched it’s Noble Academy in 2009. The Academy brings together all training and development programmes offered in the business and provides recognition for our colleagues achievements.

We want to help all colleagues to settle into their new jobs quickly and feel part of the Noble team.  To facilitate this, everyone receives an induction training and at all level of the business we provide a range of programmes developed to equip our colleagues with the knowledge and skills that they need to perform their role, and to grow with the business. 

As we plan for the future, our colleagues form an integral part of this process.  Regular reviews help people understand their future with us and wherever people work, they have access to learning and career pathways which show the steps required for each role as well as the development path to other roles and further development in the business.
