Careers in Sales & Marketing

We offer a variety of career opportunities in account management, sales or marketing.  Some of our divisions have both account management and marketing teams interacting with the major UK retailers who sell our products to the end consumer.  Other divisions have sales teams working with well known blue chip food manufacturers or trading in specialist areas both in the UK and worldwide. 

Each member of the account management, sales or marketing teams has their specific area of responsibility and works closely with the rest of the business to deliver high quality products and the highest standards of customer service.  We pride ourselves in building successful working relationships and working in collaboration with our key customers.

Graduate and Placement Opportunities

Noble Foods graduate and placement schemes offer a range of opportunities to suit different career aspirations.

Each year we run a placement scheme for students who are looking for a year in industry as part of their degree.  Opportunities for placements are available across various parts of the business with particular focus on sales & marketing; planning, supply chain and logistics; operations and agriculture.  Each placement student has its own placement programme for the year, starting with an induction followed by rotation in different areas.  We believe in giving each student individual responsibly and the opportunity to be involved in the activities of the area they are placed.

Our graduate scheme is flexibly designed to intake candidates throughout the year, allowing people to join straight after graduation or to take some time off first.  We understand that everyone’s ambitions are different and each graduate will have his or her own development programme.  The programme may be specific to one area or may include rotations within our division.  The main aim of the scheme is to offer an exciting career opportunity with flexibility to meet the business needs and allow each graduate to have a say on how it is structured.
